لو انضمّيت لقائمة الانتظار، ممكن نجمع الاسم الأول، وسيلة التواصل اللي اخترتها (إيميل أو رقم موبايل)، ونوع الجهاز المفضل. الموقع لا يطلب بيانات بطاقة بنكية أو كلمة مرور أو رقم سري لقائمة الانتظار.
2. بنستخدم البيانات في إيه؟
الغرض الأساسي هو إبلاغك بموعد إطلاق سُلفة، وتحديد نسخة Android أو iPhone المناسبة ليك، وتحسين تجربة الموقع.
3. الحفظ المؤقت على جهازك
لو خدمة التسجيل المركزية غير متاحة وقت الإرسال، الموقع ممكن يحتفظ بطلب قائمة الانتظار مؤقتًا في متصفحك ويحاول إرساله لاحقًا. تقدر تمسح بيانات الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح في أي وقت.
4. قياسات استخدام الموقع
ممكن نسجل عدادات مجمعة لأحداث بسيطة زي الضغط على رابط App Store أو Google Play أو الانضمام لقائمة الانتظار. القياسات دي مصممة بدون تخزين اسمك أو وسيلة تواصلك داخل سجل الحدث نفسه.
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بيانات قائمة الانتظار. قد نستخدم مزودي بنية تحتية وتقنية لتشغيل الموقع وتخزين الطلبات، بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
6. الأمان
بنحاول نستخدم ضوابط تقنية مناسبة لحماية بيانات الموقع. مفيش نظام إلكتروني يقدر يضمن أمان مطلق، وعشان كده بنقلل البيانات المطلوبة في مرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق.
7. حقوقك
تقدر تطلب إلغاء التواصل أو حذف بيانات قائمة الانتظار من خلال قنوات التواصل الرسمية الموجودة في صفحة الدعم.
8. التحديثات
السياسة دي خاصة بالموقع ومرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق، وهتتحدث قبل تشغيل الخدمات المالية العامة لو نطاق البيانات أو طرق المعالجة اتغيرت.

If you join the waitlist, we may collect your first name, chosen contact method (email or mobile number), and preferred device. The waitlist does not ask for bank card details, passwords, or transaction PINs.
2. How we use it
The main purpose is to tell you when SULFA launches, identify whether Android or iPhone is relevant to you, and improve the website experience.
3. Temporary browser storage
If central waitlist submission is unavailable, the website may temporarily keep your request in your browser and retry later. You can remove site data through your browser settings at any time.
4. Website usage metrics
We may record aggregate counters for simple events such as App Store, Google Play, social, or waitlist clicks. These metrics are designed not to store your name or contact information inside the event record itself.
5. Sharing
We do not sell waitlist information. We may use infrastructure and technology providers to operate the website and store submissions only as needed to provide the service.
6. Security
We aim to use appropriate technical controls for website data. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, so we intentionally minimize the information requested before launch.
7. Your choices
You can ask to stop launch communications or request deletion of waitlist information through the official channels listed on the Support page.
8. Updates
This policy covers the website and pre-launch stage. It will be updated before public financial services launch if the data scope or processing changes.
