1. طبيعة الموقع
الموقع الحالي تعريفي وتجريبي ويعرض فكرة وخصائص SULFA المخطط لها. وجود خاصية على الموقع لا يعني بالضرورة إنها متاحة كخدمة مالية عامة في الوقت الحالي.
2. لا توجد معاملة مالية من خلال الموقع
استخدام الموقع أو الانضمام لقائمة الانتظار لا ينشئ قرضًا، ولا يحول أموالًا، ولا يشكل اتفاقًا ماليًا بينك وبين SULFA أو أي مستخدم آخر.
3. المميزات والرسوم
الخصائص، طرق الدفع، الحدود، والرسوم النهائية قد تتغير قبل الإطلاق. أي رسوم مطبقة على خدمة فعلية لازم تظهر للمستخدم قبل تأكيد العملية.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
ممنوع محاولة تعطيل الموقع، إساءة استخدام النماذج، إرسال بيانات مضللة عمدًا، أو استخدام الموقع بطريقة تخالف القانون.
5. الملكية الفكرية
اسم SULFA، الهوية البصرية، تصميمات الموقع، والمحتوى الخاص بالمنتج مملوكة لأصحابها ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا بدون إذن.
6. التغييرات
ممكن نحدث الموقع أو الشروط مع تطور المنتج. النسخة المنشورة على الموقع هي النسخة الحالية.
قبل الإطلاق المالي العام، لازم تتم مراجعة الشروط النهائية والسياسات القانونية والتنظيمية مع مستشار قانوني مختص في مصر.

We may update the website and these terms as the product evolves. The version published here is the current version.
